| 岗位描述或待遇： |
| Lead the college team of 5 recruitment professionals. Give direction to the admissions recruitment as well as prospective student interviews and applications processes. Coordinate with the college public relations and marketing firm for advertising and promotion. Give direction and provide coordination with authorized promotion agencies. Meet with parents and students on campus and during recruitment programs off campus to clearly explain the Xing Wei College Experience and admissions process. Serve under the direction of the college provost. Provide all required reports and studies of the admissions process and assure compliance with admissions quality standards and document verifications. Coordinate with the college Director of Counseling for advising of students and parents regarding the curriculum and education programs including university transfer. Keep current in U.S. and Chinese admissions regulations and procedures. |
| 任职条件： |
| Bachelors degree or higher from a U.S. college or university Work experience in college admissions, counseling, marketing or recruitment Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese language skills Excellent written and interpersonal communications skills |
